The Jade Loft x Elevated Weddings Birthday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to residents internationally aged 18 years or older.
Entrants must have a confirmed wedding date and venue between January 1, 2026 & December 31, 2027.
Employees, contractors, and family members of The Jade Loft or Elevated Weddings are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
- Follow @The.Jade.Loft and @Elevated_Weddings on Instagram
- Tag your fiancé/partner OR tag 2 friends
- Comment your Wedding Date, Venue & Location
3. Prize
One couple will receive a wedding photography and film package valued at over $10,000, provided by The Jade Loft and Elevated Weddings.
Prize includes: Full Day Wedding Coverage in both Photography & Video formats.
Travel and accommodation expenses are not included and may be required.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Winner Selection
Winner will not be chosen at random. The Jade Loft and Elevated Weddings will select the winning couple based on:
- Date availability of both teams
- Location of the wedding
- The couple’s story and overall fit for the project
If the selected couple’s date is not available or cannot be accommodated, an alternate winner will be selected.
The winner will be announced on Instagram on December 1st, 2025 and also contacted directly via Instagram DM.
The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
5. Publicity
By entering, participants grant The Jade Loft and Elevated Weddings permission to use their names, Instagram handles, and any content submitted for promotional purposes, without compensation.
6. General Conditions
The Jade Loft and Elevated Weddings reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Any entries deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or violating Instagram’s community guidelines will be disqualified.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
1 entry per person, each couple may therefore enter twice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Jade Loft and Elevated Weddings accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical errors, account restrictions, or other issues outside their control.
